The Fordham Undergraduate Research Journal, Volume XIV is the 2024 issue of a student-run and features high quality, peer-reviewed, original research conducted by undergraduate students. As the Design Editor, I led the art direction in the issue theme and developed formatting templates regarding different forms of research content for future use.
The full print as a pdf can be explored here. As an academic journal, there was a push for FURJ to be seen beyond the confines of rigid stereotypes. This FURJ issue along with the rebrand celebrates research as a fun, engaging and creative endeavor!
FURJ is journal run at Fordham University in New York City. As an interdisciplinary journal it covers everything from the sciences, humanities, and social sciences and works such as scholarly book reviews, review essays, and feature articles are accepted annually.
